Job Description
1. Pre sales and after-sales customer service reception of Nimai online store, promote the transaction of products, and answer customers' questions;
2. Basic return and replacement processing, help customers to inquire about logistics, and sort out and count customers.
Job requirements
1. College degree or above; E-commerce majors are preferred; English level 4 or above is preferred;
2. Experience in e-commerce customer service is preferred. 3. Must have strong communication. Coordination ability.
Salary
Probation period: 4000 - 4500 yuan base salary+commission
Employment confirmation: 5000 - 5500 (base salary+performance)+social security, comprehensive salary: 6000-8500 yuan/month
